Organo Gold Compensation Plan

1) Retail Profit – Fast Cash
-Get paid Daily for Personal retail Sales. In person must charge at least  50% more than your wholesale price.  However you can charge whatever the market will bare, as long as it is at least 50% more than your wholesale purchase price.
-Get paid Weekly for all product sales on the Internet (that is, through your free replicated web site). Products ordered from the website will be marked up 50%.
You earn the difference between your selling price and the wholesale price.

2) Fast Start Bonus – Fast Cash
- Get paid Weekly whenever you enroll someone with an Organo Gold Builder’s Pack (OGBP).
As sponsor you will earn a Fast Track Bonus of $20, $80 or $150 per pack, depending on the Pack you sold.
3) Dual Team Bonus – Fast and Long-term Cash
-Get paid Weekly from new Organo Gold Builder Packs and any 1st time purchase in your organization.   You get paid up to 20% of the Commissionable Volume.

Calculating Dual Team Bonuses:
Organo Gold Representatives must be a qualified Marketing Associate to earn Dual Team Commissions, as described below.
Qualified Marketing Associates and Supervisors can earn up to 10% of the lesser volume sales team. 50 PQV per month minimum.
Qualified Consultants can earn up to 15% of the lesser sales team Commissionable Volume. 100 PQV per month minimum.Qualified Gold Pack Representatives, Sapphires and above can earn up to 20% of the lesser sales team CV. 100 PQV per month minimum.

To become a Marketing Associate and first qualify for the Dual Team Bonus as a Marketing Associate, all you need is to personally enroll two representatives, one on your right and one on your left,  each with a 50Commissionable Volume or more on autoship.  You must also have 300 Commissionable Volume in your lessor team.
4) Unilevel Bonus – Stable, Long-term Cash

Get paid Monthly Unilevel bonuses from product orders and re-orders generated in your organization up to nine levels deep!

Sapphire: 4 levels of commissions
Ruby: 5 levels of commissions
Emerald: 6 Levels of commissions
Diamond: 7 levels of commissions
Blue Diamond: 8 levels of commissions
Black Diamond and above: 9 levels of commissions
The unilevel bonus is the core of your lifetime residual income.

5) Matching Bonus – Promotes Strong Team Development

Get paid Monthly with a Unilevel matching bonus of up to 20% of the montly Unilevel bonus earned by your personally enrolled Organo Gold Representatives.

Ruby 20% 1st level, 10% 2nd level
Emerald 20% 1st level, 10% 2nd level, 10% 3rd level

Diamond and above 20% 1st level, 10% 2nd level, 10% 3rd level, 10% 4th levelEarn more the more you personally refer and as your  rank increases.   Organo Gold rewards you as you build your organization.  The Matching Bonus encourages Representatives to mentor and help develop representatives deep in their organization, regardless if the representative is on the strong or weak side of their Dual Team.


6) Generational Bonus – Promotes Building Leadership

Get paid Monthly
As you develop Leadership within your organization, your rewards grow exponentially. When you reach the level of Regional Consultant (or above), and as you develop new Regional Consultants (and above) within your organization, you will be paid down to as many as four (4) generations of Regional Consultant (and above). In some instances, you may be paid an Infinite number of levels. A Generation begins when a Qualified Sapphire or higher is found in any leg of your Personal Enrollment Tree.  As your rank increases (Sapphire to Diamond), so does the number of generations on which you can be paid a Generational Bonus.

7) Global Bonus Pool

Get paid Quarterly Three percent (3%) of Organo Gold’s Worldwide Unilevel Commissionable Volume will be shared by qualified  Executive Consultants, National Marketing Consultants and International Marketing Consultants.

Bronze $500 wk
Silver $1500 wk
Gold Pack $2,500 wk

This bonus is allocated in direct proportion to one’s contribution to the total Unilevel Commissionable Volume. This encourages low volume participants to work with their sponsors and build their Organo Gold business thanks to the rewarding Global Bonus Pool payouts. This rewards High Volume Leaders to reach beyond their dreams and continue to building the company and their future.
